Shipping policy

We can ship to addresses in the USA, UK, and Europe. Please note that there may be restrictions on certain products, and some items may not be eligible for international shipping.

Orders placed on our website can be shipped to virtually any address in the USA, UK, and Europe. If you have any questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact our customer support team at info@wepluggoodmusic.com .

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow additional time for order processing during peak seasons or holidays. You will receive another confirmation when your order has been shipped to let you know that your order is on the way! You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

We offer $5.00 flat rate standard shipping to the USA, UK, and Europe. We do not ship outside of the USA, UK and Europe at this time.

The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 5-15 business days after your order has been shipped. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays. 

Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WPGM LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer. We are also not responsible for any delays incurred during customs clearance.

In some instances, the delivery time frame may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.

We do not offer returns or exchanges except for damaged products or for a manufacturing error. For more information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy. We will incur shipping costs for returns and exchanges for damaged and defective items, for a manufacturing error, or due to a mistake on our part.

For lost items, please get in touch with us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that your shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.

We reserve the right to revise or update our shipping policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website or other channels.
