Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. All the products in our store are print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange on damaged products or for a manufacturing error. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please get in touch with our team using the ‘contact us’ form or via email at info@wepluggoodmusic.comand provide a clear photo showing the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Notification for EU consumers:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: (1) The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized; (2) Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at info@wepluggoodmusic.com.
